I’m Lewis Davenport, the founder of Peak Care Connect — and I started this service because I’ve spent years working on the front line of care and saw first-hand how much the industry needs to change.
Far too often, I witnessed care being treated as just another shift to fill. Agencies would send whoever was available, with little thought given to compatibility, personality, or continuity. This approach often left vulnerable people feeling uncomfortable and carers feeling undervalued.
I believed there had to be a better way — one that truly focused on the people receiving care, while also respecting and supporting those who provide it. That belief is what inspired me to create Peak Care Connect.
